Open the image with GIMP which you want to make it as a GIF motion image.

If the image is out of canvas, GIMP will warn you to crop the image after exporting or cancel the exporting if you don’t want to crop.

GIF comment is optional.
Normally, we suggest you enable Loop forever.
The delay frame which means how long you would like the GIF to perform.
Other options we suggest to use default settings.
Then press Save.
